What I wish was different
I'm not sure where to put this but I want to share my experience here. I was watched over the security cameras and called when I wasn't doing what I "should" even though I was trying to do what I was told. She told me to make her $100 by the end of the day in sales on my first day. She let me go because I "yawn too much". The way she treated her employees was like they were liabilities rather than people. There was a lot of people quitting in the short time I was there because they couldn't take it anymore. She didn't talk about her customers as if she cared about them, just ways we could manipulate them into buying more. I felt like it was a very toxic environment and I wouldn't want anyone to have to go through any of that.
