What I liked
I liked how family centric Leupold is. Many companies say they are like a family, but Leupold is. It is a family owned company, but they also have multi generations of families working for them. They have a program that lets the children of employees have a summer internship during high school. They can work in a wide variety of areas and get to see what a professional setting is like before going to college.
The work I did felt meaningful and helped make the people working in the factories job a little easier
