What I wish was different
I wish that we didn't have employment difficulties. Out of six people, one person stopped working in July, one quit in August, and one was away on vacation a lot. We always had to have at least two people working, and it was incredibly busy because it was a pool store in the summer. Because of our lack of staff, it was hard to satisfy all of our customers, and when people called on the phone, it became even harder.
