I loved the community at Leonardo. As this is a smaller company, everyone knows each other and it is a very positive, supportive, friendly environment to be a part of. Everyone treats each other like family and there is no separation between managers, CEO, engineers, interns, or assembly workers. As an intern, I was honored that the VP, Director of R&D, and CEO would meet with the interns, ask how it's going, help them reach their goals, and offer advice. I am so thankful for this internship and working greatly helped my professional development.

Nothing, I loved this experience.

Take initiative. Directions aren't given like they are at school so seek out advice from others.
