The company did not treat me in a usually intern fashion. I had responsibilities that effected the company, which taught me valuable lessons about responsibility.

I was able to get this internship by using a personal network, if you want to get ahead in any field you need to build a network. Use tools like linkedin, handshake. family, friends, and good old human interaction.
