I liked working in a small company. I was able to learn more that way.
What I wish was different
The structure. I never had set days to come in and work. Also I didn't like the fact that I had to bring my laptop with me. I would have liked it if they provided me with a computer in the office.
Advice
Be confident with your interviews and apply to many jobs.
