I loved the direct interaction that I had with the children and how I was really able to see my influence grow upon their development as basketball players.

I wish I had worked more hours/weeks this summer.
Advice
It takes a lot of patience and mental fortitude to deal with children sometimes, but you have to be creative to reach certain children and get them to cooperate.

What I liked
I liked the whole work environment as a whole. Coming into work everyday and working with my fellow employees and the kids in trying to help them become better basketball players was very enjoyable. It didn't feel like a job given how much fun I really had meeting so many new people and kids as well as being around my favorite sport.
