The small office means that you really develop close relationships with your supervisors. Every day they give you valuable advice on school, work and life in general. Furthermore, being in a small non-profit means you are called upon to do many different tasks that will allow you to learn many new skills.
What I wish was different
It was sometimes difficult having to end a project and leave for class.
