What I liked
You get the opportunity to work with individuals with a wide variety of disabilities. This job helps you to learn effective communication skills along with event organizing. Everyday is different and the participants are wonderful.

This job requires/teaches a lot of patience and the ability to problem solve without worrying the participants.
