I began my project as an intern working under a superintendent and a project manager and by the end I was running the whole job while only answering to the western NY field of operations head. So being my own boss essentially was amazing.
What I wish was different
That I could have finished the project before school started!
Advice
Take on anything and everything you can and get as much out of the experience as possible. Stay later get in earlier be the first one there your boss will notice it. Don't fall into the trap of the people who hate their life and complain about the job be positive everyday and work harder then those around you.
