LeaderTreks Youth Ministry is a student leadership development ministry that utilizes trips, innovative training, and curriculum to help students identify and develop their personal leadership skills. LeaderTreks Youth Ministry is calling the church to make discipleship and leadership development core focuses of youth ministry. To develop students as leaders, we put them in the classroom of missions trips and leadership training events in order to have them make decisions and live with the consequences of those decisions. Our mission is to serve youth workers and help raise up the next generation of church and world leaders.
