I liked the flexible work hours, and that the owner would put you on the schedule if you asked to be.
What I wish was different
I wish training had been more in depth, as I was thrown into one position or another depending on the owner's needs, often being told the day I came in what he needed from me.
Advice
Manual labor is not all bad as some might think. Through this job I gained experience in putting together aesthetically pleasing sets, as well as learning to put together inventory lists from practically nothing.
