I really enjoyed working in a non-profit to see what that was like and it was fulfilling to work for a good cause. It also gave me good exposure to the legal world. I had a great deal of autonomy in completing projects.
What I wish was different
I did a fair amount of menial labor.
Advice
It is helpful to have goals coming into the internship.
