I really enjoyed the various interactions with children of all ages. It was really fun to be doing the broad spectrum of activities that were made for them.
What I wish was different
A clear and specific outline of expectations and instructions from managers. The program was mostly left to the staff to create but that in addition to communication issues, it caused excess stress.
Advice
Before joining a company, ask their current employees on how management is and the workload. If I was better prepared mentally, I would not have been as stressed out and might have enjoyed the experience that much more.
