What I liked
The entire process was well-organized from the start. I went through an onboarding process with HR and then with my manager. They explained Larta's vision and mission, current projects they are working on, my roles and responsibilities as an intern, and how I can contribute to making an impact. I participated in all stakeholder meetings, which provided me with insights into the thought process that drives this organization. In such a short period of time, I was able to collaborate with multiple teams. I had the flexibility to set my working hours with my manager. My manager met with me on a weekly basis to assist me and provide feedback. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
