Small company gave me great hands on experience on what it would be like being an engineer on their team. There was never busy work. Having in-house production was huge to understanding design and how to design efficiently.
What I wish was different
The office was going though a big transitionary period so there was a lot going on but that contributed to the experience positively in a way.
Advice
Always ask questions and learn from the sales guys.
