The relationship with my boss and my coworkers. There was also a lot of opportunities to talk with upper management about current and future plans/tasks.
What I wish was different
More collaboration with other departments.
Advice
Be very proactive and “hungry” when it comes to completing tasks. Don’t be afraid to come up with suggestions and new methods for processes at Lapmaster.
