What I liked

The atmosphere of the team and fast-pace environment made me enjoy the job. It was very hands-on and great learning experience after trial and error opportunities.

What I wish was different

I wish I had the opportunity to work closer with the estimator and learn more about that field.

Advice

I had to take on the position of the Project Coordinator. I had no idea what to do after the P.C. left and left me the position. One piece of advice is to tackle on everything and find a way to do it. In addition, never be afraid to ask questions because they do not expect you to know everything and the company team would rather have you understand what is going on.
