What I liked
I really enjoyed the company culture and how willing everyone was to help. This role typically has more of a full-time Credit Analyst day-to-day schedule which I really enjoyed as well. You really get good exposure to all parts of the finance organization at Land O'Lakes.
What I wish was different
Advice
Most people don't think about Credit as a possible Finance opportunity, but go in with an open mind as it is a really good experience to have.

Because I was a D.C. intern, I didn't get to connect with my peers.

What I liked
I loved the company culture and the people. It was very welcoming and although my internship was virtual, they made it extremely interactive.
What I wish was different
I wish that I was able to complete my internship in person but otherwise, nothing!
