I like the flexibility with scheduling. I am able to work as Part time casual and pick up hours whenever I want. I like how they prepare you to work on any station so I feel confident when I float to stations I am not usually on.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more of a team atmosphere. Some people are great to work together, but others are less interested in the good of the unit as much as their own hall.
Advice
Always ask questions, always keep the good of the resident in mind. Remember I am in their home, so I need to act like a guest always.
