What I liked
I was in charge of four people and I got to grill for a baseball park. It was pretty great.
What I wish was different
There were a lot of people who slacked off and did nothing on the job. Management threatened to do something about it but they never did.
Advice
It was overall a good experience but there was no accountability for poor work.

If I had gotten paid, it would’ve been the perfect summer. That’s my only issue, with the internship.

The hours may be long and without being paid it may seem pointless, but if you want to work in sports, you get a lot of hands on experience.

I networked with a lot of great people and got experience in sports marketing.

It was tough that it was unpaid so I may choose to have a paid job or internship next summer.
Advice
Enjoy your time outside on nice summer nights, and get to know the people outside of your assigned group.
