I loved the team I worked with and the creative freedom I had with creating curated content for their media profiles.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a better communication between HR and our department. Due to some miscommunications, there were mix ups and things had to be rearranged for our goals we set.
Advice
Always over deliver your content! You can never do too much to show your boss you’re serious about advancing. Also, make sure you agree to a deal if there is a contract ailabke to sign- a word of mouth deal doesn’t mean squat in terms of money.
