The experience of working in an office and handling files. It gave me an idea in terms of how some careers operate on a daily basis.
What I wish was different
The number of cases to handle. I often times had to reorganize the files for my coworkers to make sure all of the clients’ information were in place.
Advice
Organization is vital. The information within the files is imperative in understanding the process of a toddler’s development, for example. Making sure everything is orderly optimizes the work experience.
