What I liked

I absolutely loved the personal interaction I was able to have with people whether it was discussing season ticket accounts or helping with different issues around the ballpark.

What I wish was different

It was slightly disorganized at the beginning of the season, but I attribute this primarily to COVID impacting whether or not we would play. We got the final word that we would play the middle of June, and the season began July 3rd. So there was not a whole lot of time to prepare but I feel that we did the best we could with the time we were given.

Advice

This is my second internship with the Loggers, and for both this internship and others in sports, the biggest thing is that you need to be adaptable. Learning how to make decisions on the fly and being confident in your decisions will really help you in the long run.
