My time at L.T. Verrastro was highlighted by great co-workers and management. Everyone was willing to offer guidance and quick to respond to any needs. The culture is one of hard work but it was a fantastic learning experience.

More opportunities to see the other operations of the business.
Advice
Open-mindedness is a necessity in this job. Entering with over-confidence or pompousness will be very detrimental. Be ready to learn and willing to log many hours in order to find the most benefit.
