Very transformative experience. I was able to build very strong relationships while learning about a variety of things related to the health field (medications, PT, OT, etc.)

What I liked
The community at L'Arche is unlike anything I have ever experienced. My coworkers were incredibly kind and supportive and were committed to shaping me into a better human being through my experiences at L'Arche. Each day looked slightly different which kept the job exciting and allowed me to be engaged at all times.

Advice
Fully commit to the mission and vision of L'Arche in order to get as much as you can out of the experience.
