The people here are really nice and the managers are really laid-back. The work is also much less stressful than my last job.

What I wish was different

My only issue is that some of the customers can be inconsiderate.

Advice

Just be yourself and be ready to step in to help even if it's not the position your were assigned to. If you put effort forward you will most likely enjoy it.

What I liked

Being a part-time worker during college, they are very flexible to fit my schedule. Many of the people are great, and the pay is nice. Especially the weekend pay. The 40% profit sharing is also a major W. I've had mostly good experiences with the 1st shift supervisors, but mixed experiences with the 3rd shift supervisors.

What I wish was different

I got stuck in the freezer, although I know how to pick in almost every location. I wish I have more opportunities inside of the warehouse.

Advice

Be ready to do some hard work, and grow some thick skin just in case.

What I liked

I liked how generous the company was to their employees. It really makes you feel like you make a difference every day you go into work.

I wish that the top tier of management at stores would do more hands on work and lead by example.

Advice

This was a great high school job for me, and could be for anybody looking for one. They will put you were you will succeed best.

Getting the expirence of what its like to be a store manager. I also liked attending the district meetings with the other store managers and district leader in the district.

I wish I learned more about the buying side of management.

Good hours, with a safe work environment that is clean and consistent. Good benefits for people that stay for an extended period and worked with a nice group of people.

Nothing much really, maybe a little bit easier to get days off.

What I liked

Very nice people, flexible schedule. Management depended on the location so I worked at many different stores but the main one was Water St. I did not like it there because there were cliches. I work at mall drive now and it's so much better.

What I wish was different

No kitchen training, because that and chicken is not my forte. If you like working in the kitchen then go for it, but in my experience I burned myself a lot and the chicken was gross.
