I liked being able to keep busy, and I liked some of the regulars that came in, even after they had to start wearing masks. Those people are people I appreciate, because those are the true loyal customers, and it's wonderful to know they still support the business.
What I wish was different
There's not much I wish had been different. Perhaps a little bit more training, but I got it down sort of quickly.
Most customers are patient and understanding if you are new. They might even be willing to test you a bit, with things you hadn't encountered before. The bottom line is, don't be scared of customers.
