I am able to teach children who have trouble in either Reading and Math and I was once in their position as I was once a Kumon student and being able to help them is a great way of my giving back to the community. They are the future and I am lucky to teach them skills that will help them in their future endeavors.

Patience is key when helping children since some of them can be easily frustrated if they don't get the concepts but once you see the satisfaction on their face after understanding it, it will all be worth it.
