Fantastic team with a UConn alumni there, great company and the work was constantly changing and always interesting
What I wish was different
Operational roles like HR and Payroll were quite unresponsive sometimes
Advice
Ask questions nonstop and be a real person - don't think that you have to be professional all the time. The analysts and associates are only a year or two older and definitely not old, corporate drones

What I liked
Hands on experience with financial modeling and opportunity to work with experienced and knowledgable professionals.
What I wish was different

Advice
Do your best to get your hands on a project that you can be the analyst on so that you have some real experience and have something to talk about in other interviews if you choose to do something else later on.
