There's many different parts that go into designing construction documents, if you ever get the chance to work in this field don't limit yourself to one niche part of it, explore all there is to. Learn in the field.

Great Company culture, KLH works a lot toward social responsibility in a professional environment. I got a lot of responsibility with my job as well which allowed me to learn so much

Advice
Get out of your comfort zone as quick as possible! The more you reach out in the company to network and get to know people the more you will get out of the work experience. This goes for any company!
