What I liked

I like how I got to interact with different people while getting a look at how to run a store and gaining managerial and leadership experience.

What I wish was different

Although I was introduced to tasks that managers did , I did not feel like a manager. I wish they let me get more of a hands-on experience of the manager side of things than the regular associate tasks.

Advice

You will not see yourself on the walk sheet & do a majority of computer-based learnings and lessons. A large amount of my day was spent at the registers, recovering, or asking other managers what I was supposed to be doing. You will get tossed around a lot & you will learn how to do a majority of the things in the store.
