Working at Kodeak Digital Media Experts has been the best job experience I have had to date. The unique team environment lends well to quickly picking up so many essential marketing skills, like website design, search engine optimization, digital marketing with Google PPC and various other marketing platforms, while at the same time being a great college job to have. I've had the opportunity to work directly with the owners & bosses of Kodeak, who are great to work with and learn from.
I think this marketing agency is great to work for because of the strong code of ethics & morals the company has put in place, which are very similar to the core principles of integrity Eller strives to teach us. Because most of our clients are local Tucson small businesses, they will only onboard a client if they believe whatever marketing efforts we put forth will actually benefit the client's bottom line. Kodeak takes pride in doing marketing the right way.
What I wish was different
The only thing I wish had been different was this summer, but obviously, COVID has been out of everyone's control. We transitioned to working remotely as any good company should've. The only downside to that was losing the office environment. I enjoyed being in the office. It's a fun, collaborative environment.
But that's just saying a good thing about Kodeak and complaining about COVID.

I learned about Kodeak through a summer internship I found on Handshake with a local Tucson gym. They made the company's website and I was doing marketing and now here I am.
