Very easy to start off working, small learning curve.

What I wish was different

I wish we had not been so understaffed during the summer. When someone wasn't able to work, there often weren't any available servers to fill in.

Don't give in to stress, and maintain an enjoyable environment for the patrons, your coworkers, and yourself.
