The State’s Attorney is a very informative and kind employer. He understands conflicts and is always willing to explain things. He also trusts you as an intern, which makes for a good work environment.

I don’t think I would change anything about the internship.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to take up space! Being in a law office can feel intimidating, but the people there do benefit from your presence and want to teach you.
