Kitchell is a great company with great values. I learned a ton about how a project runs and I was able to be in the field as often as I wanted as well.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have learned more about the financial side of construction (Change orders, contracts, etc.)
Advice
Try and take in as much information as possible. They expect you to be “green” so ask as many questions as you need.
