What I liked

I learned a lot working through the pandemic. How to deal with frantic customers and keeping employees calm and stable throughout rough situations or very busy rushes. It also taught me how to manage my time counting the money, helping customers, overseeing cashiers and breaks.

What I wish was different

Nothing much it was a really great experience and maybe that the company was a little more helpful in COVID precautions and procedures but overall, it was a good last experience at Kings (I've worked there on and off since my senior year of high school).

Advice

Be ready to work hard. Grocery store work isn't as easy as it may seem you have the combined stress of retail work and food work in one and it really does show. I commend people who work at grocery stores I really, really do.
