The work environment was very friendly and everyone worked as a team to help get our orders out. We were all treated equally and everyone's opinions and ideas were heard.
What I wish was different
Personally, I enjoy a more engaging environment, so I wish there was something I could have latched on to better. However, for others who are okay with just doing their job and getting it done, it's a great place.
Advice
Make sure you communicate where you are at with your lead--in skill or maybe something else--so that you both are at an equal understanding of where you need to go and what you need to learn.
