I liked how friendly everyone was and how the teachers wanted to help the younger teachers in developing into something better . Always gave advice on how to handle difficult yet situations you might in counter and what you could be doing better .

Be patient and trust the process because you can learn a lot by watching older employees interact with children and understand mire about how your supposed to be interacting with children
