I loved the environment I worked in and the leadership that I was under. The work I did as well was interesting and enjoyable.
What I wish was different
I wish some of the work days had been set up differently and a little more leniency on mandatory overtime.

I loved not having to work Sunday's and the management was great!
What I wish was different
The summer is their busiest time and the shift was 4am to 2pm. I lived 40 minutes away so I had to get up at 2:30am to get ready for work. It was hard. I wish I had lived closer to work.
Advice
Keep looking for a job that give the schedule you want. They are out there. You don't have to sell your soul to any company that will higher you. Know your value and keep looking.

What I liked
I really enjoyed and benefited from cold calling, especially as an intern. It's awesome that they trust interns to talk to our clients and work on lead generations for future projects for our sales reps. I like the atmosphere and environment provided at the office. It really feels at home here.
What I wish was different
Learning more about sales as a career and how our sales reps calls differ from cold calling on leads.
Advice
Take the opportunity if it's given. Cold calling experience is unlike any other. It's a great skill to have and I believe everyone in the business world should have to do it.

What I liked
The assembly and packaging work was manageable with all the people in the department. The pay bonus for working 2nd shift and weekends was nice.
What I wish was different
Work would sometimes be completed for our area, so we would need to transfer to a new department. Having to pick up new skills for each area could be time consuming, but eventually everything clicked.
Advice
The physical exertion is bearable, but be prepared to get tired. The pay is worth it, and the work is very manageable.

There was always work to do and lots of hours. It also taught me a lot about working with others. I did get Sundays off. That's a big reason I worked there.
What I wish was different
The hours were really intense. I wished I didn't live 40 minutes away. My shift started at 4AM so I had to get up at 2 or 2:30 AM every day.
Advice
Keep looking for a job where you can live your religion. They are out there.
