The staff at the hotline are some of the most professional yet compassionate people I've worked with.

Honestly the only fall back in my experience is I didn't get to spend much time with management staff because I'm on graveyard shift.

There is ongoing training so make sure you keep up on your due dates.

The staff were all so amazing, they took time out of their busy schedules to teach me and answer any burning questions I had.

I wish the internship had begun sooner so I could have had more time to work on my project I was given.

You have to be confident and unafraid to ask questions.
