I actually learned a lot regarding medical benefits, 401k loans and deferrals, and legal policies regarding terminations

I wish I had asked to get a full time job post graduation.
Advice
It was a great learning experience and would recommend people working as interns to not be afraid to ask for more challenging work. By asking my boss I was able to learn and grow as an HR professional.

What I liked
I loved how diverse the work was for me. They let me be part of the decision making, experience the events I was helping my boss manage and be apart of the experience and I was able to use the french I learned.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more work for me to do. I definitely had a lot of work but some days were a little unbalanced and he let me have a lot of free time to do what I wanted
