The people you work with are great. You create a network of faculty and peers, who are supportive in your goal to help students! It was nice to get to know a variety of students who I wouldn't have gotten to know otherwise.

Advice
People are not going to respond to your emails, which is okay because everyone faces different challenges and workloads. The important thing is your offer to help not the response.
