I liked the hands on experience and the opportunities to learn new tasks. I was given the chance to run over a dozen heavy equipments as well as learn other practical skills. Lots of hours and overtime, with great pay.
What I wish was different
I wish for less of a commute. About 1 1/2 - 2 hours of driving each day, but still not the worst I’ve done for work
Advice
It’s hard work, and the people expect a lot from you. It’s a harsh environment, but just take it one day at a time and you’ll do fine.
