I liked that I was given a lot of freedom to establish my own accounting system, and the hours are very flexible (I work remotely). The CEO is a very nice man, and startups are exciting places to work.
What I wish was different
I wish things were more organized. In a startup like this, there's almost too much flexibility to the point that there isn't a standard protocol for some tasks/situations.
Advice
Seek internships that will help you develop as an employee and a student. This internship helped me do that.
