I liked the connections and ability to grow in a professional work environment. Kelly's internship was structured to meet what learning outcomes you would like to achieve that also benefitted the company. You report to a manager who invests their time and energy to teach you lifelong skills and industry knowledge.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been able to stay longer at Kelly. I entered the program late due to being abroad, but the program was gracious in letting me intern.
Advice
I would encourage the applicant to be open to various opportunities and seek ways to grow personally and professionally throughout any experience you have. Network and see the experience as more than just something to add to a resume or a paycheck.
