What I liked

Having studied the houses prior to meeting people, I liked that I was able to answer people's questions while being able to go even further in giving them more insight on different aspects of the house that could further their interests in the property. This made me feel like I was doing a good job, and it's a good feeling to know potential buyers appreciate having their questions answered directly.

What I wish was different

Possibly being assigned to even more unique houses rather than the same house more than once to get a feel of how different neighborhoods ask questions and what they particularly care about. However, this isn't totally up to the assignment schedule, but rather the current house listings and what's available. It's also pretty helpful to show the same house more than once since you already have experience with it.

Take note of questions potential buyers ask you, because it's like that other buys will ask you the same question on this house, and other houses you do. This will give you a good idea of what you need to study/learn about each house you are assigned to.
