Keithley has a really great vibe and is full of friendly people. The company really takes care of its employees and coops are always encouraged to get involved in social events. My boss was very flexible and granted me a lot of freedom to pursue projects and ideas that interested me. If he didn’t have work I would enjoy he made sure to introduce me to someone who did.

Advice
Applications is as technically intensive as YOU make it. If you’re more into hardware than software, pursue those types of applications. You’ll have a lot of creative freedom so use it! Do keep in mind that there is a lot of writing involved with this position and you might want to learn some video editing beforehand, though there are plenty of people who will be willing to teach you.
