It is definitely a different experience because I work in various LA County jail facilities delivering commissary to inmates.
What I wish was different
I believe the manner management handled animosity between coworkers was not effective. I encountered several incidents with coworkers and when I reported it to my manager, nothing was done.
Advice
Ask questions when you feel unsure about something. It was intimidating in the beginning but the more questions I asked to my coworkers the less intimidating it became.
