We are a research lab at the Keck School of Medicine that focuses on cancer immunotherapy. The lab is run by Dr. Alan Epstein and consists of several graduate students, technicians, post doctoral students, and associated faculty. We are on campus at the USC Health Sciences Campus. Our research focuses largely on the development of monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates, and CAR T cell engineering. We rely heavily on mouse models as well as various molecular biology and cell culture techniques to produce and test potential immunotherapies for use in the clinic.
